Girls, boys and Superman

Sis: Sleeping Beauty is a girl AND I'M a girl! We are girls and princesses.
Mom: can a boy be a princess too?
Sis: If a boy is princess then he's just Superman.

Exciting Stuff

Sis says: The princesses want to eat breakfast with me?! I am going to be so asided!!!

Brother About Disney:
Mom, I love you so much. Thank you for bringing us to Disneyworld. I am excited now like I should have been when you first told me.

Lost power for a second tonight. Sis said the house ran out of batteries!

Well that is what everyone says when they walk into a room now isn't it?  She's said it everywhere, loud and proud...Nana and grandpa's hotel room, the house after being outside, election watch parties, my office, a camp site, Jeanne's, Rhonda's office....

Brother to sis about Khera's wedding: "You're the Flower Girl and I'm the Ring Barreler"
Sis when I put in my contacts: "Yeah, you better get those eyetacts on so you can see."
Sis after about something that had apparently disappeared: "I don't know where it is, it just appeared."

Sword Fight

This morning sis hit dad with a play sword. Dad said, "It's not nice to poke." Sis replied, "I didn't poke you, I stabbed you."  Well in that case, carry on.

Sister after nap said, "I got awake mommy."

Brother has recently learned breast stroke in swimming, but "It's not hard," he said, "you just breathe. That's why it's called the breath stroke."

Brother while building a project :"it needs more wipdth". (I had just told him about height, width and DEPTH. Guess that last one was lost in translation)
