Trying to reward good behavior we suggested a reward system. After hearing our ideas for rewards, Brother simply stated, "No those are all things I can just sweet talk you into anyway."  Sis just shrugged and said, "Yeah, he totally can."  Parent motivation = fail.

Big aspirations

Brother just told told me it is his intent to be so good and make such an impact he gets a holiday named after him like MLK.

The dancefloor

He was gonna show Sis how it was done but then Bro realized, "My sugar just wore off. I don't want to dance anymore"

Said sis to Aunt Jes about her new suction bow and arrow: this may sound gross but you gotta lick it to stick it.

A question that plagues

After brushing teeth Bro came downstairs and asked concerned, "Will licking a Clorox wipe kill you?" Turns out there was an 'accident' in art that resulted in him licking a Clorox wipe and apparently he's been concerned about his imminent death all day. We assured him all was well while trying without laughing too hard to understand how licking anything on accident can happen. Must be a fifth grade thing.

Scarves

Sis today said, "What's that? A blanket for your neck?"

Ouch!

Started the day with a bloody nose, which was a result of overzealous wrestling. "That's the first time she beat me up. I didn't know she was that strong," bro told me as I got an ice pack. Poor sis was such a wreck. Took longer to help calm her down than the injured player.

Trick or treat

Driving to trick or treat spot and playing 20 questions to guess a candy. Lovin my fam!

Sis on the way to the tball field tonight where her team and a pink team gathered: oh we must be fighting pink tonight!

Fear

Sis said she is "afierced" of everything. We said brother was afraid of being late. His response? "Yeah that'll kill me".

KC Royals

Another Royals fan was born over the weekend. It's not their baseball prowess or home town support, simply the fact they have a "tiara" on the stadium. Sis thought the gold crown was about the coolest architectural feature ever!

Milk

Bro: what do you mean it's only 2% milk? Isn't it 100% milk?

When asked how she spends her time sis said she spends much of it thinking about unicorns.
